At Health Services Management (HSM), we believe that supporting our team members’ educational and professional growth is one of the most meaningful investments we can make. Through the HSM Education Assistance Program, we’re helping staff advance their careers, strengthen our communities, and shape the next generation of healthcare leaders.

In 2025 alone, HSM has already invested over $100,000 into the education of our nursing workforce. Full-time staff are eligible for up to $6,000 per year to pursue training or education, with a strong focus on nursing advancement. From CNA certification to IV and wound care certifications, LPN-to-RN bridge programs, RAC-CT, and initial nurse licensure, our team members are gaining the skills they need to provide the highest level of care.

 

But our support goes beyond nursing. HSM is also one of the few organizations offering a paid Administrator-in-Training (AIT) program, helping college graduates complete their required service hours on the path to becoming licensed Nursing Home Administrators. So far in 2025, two new Administrators have completed their training and stepped into leadership roles within our Network, with four more currently working toward licensure.
